Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard (up to)
4 slice day old bread; crumbled
1 lb sausage; cooked, crumbled
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:
In a 2-quart casserole layer bread, sausage & cheese in that order. Beat eggs, milk, salt & mustard together & pour on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until set. May be made the day before. Yields 8-10 servings.
