1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry or orange juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon molasses or brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 1/2 cup
