| Sauce For Fruit Salad Recipe |

Ingredients
1 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
5 oz pineapple; apricot or peach preserve
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sherry
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup whipping cream; whipped
1 fresh fruit
Cooking Directions:
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth by mixing with a spoon. Stir in preserves, lemon juice, sherry and curry. Chill until just before serving. (Up to 1 hour before serving can add whipping cream.) Stir in whipped cream and keep refrigerated until served. Serve with fresh fruit salad. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
