Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 or parsley
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1/2 small onion, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic bag. Makes about 1 cup.
