Ingredients
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash of ground red pepper
1 (cayenne)
1 clove garlic, crushed
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 1/3 cup
