3 tablespoon taco sauce -=or=- salsa
1 lb ground beef
4 tortillas; warmed
1 lettuce; shredded
4 slice sharp cheddar cheese
1 additional taco sauce -=or=- salsa
1 sour cream
Cooking Directions:
Add taco sauce or salsa to ground beef; mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. On warmed tortilla place some shredded lettuce. Top with burger, cheese, additional taco sauce or salsa and sour cream.
