2 tomatoes; peeled and chopped
1 onion; peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic; crushed
1 small red hot pepper; chopped extra fine
3 sprigs parsley
1/2 teaspoon coriander; ground
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash marjoram
1 dash ground cloves
1 salt; to taste
Cooking Directions:
Mix the chopped vegetable and add the seasonings. Serve with meat or tortillas.
