Ingredients

1 cup light cream cheese; softened
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pkg knorr asparagus soup mix
1 clove garlic; minced
2 green onions; finely chopped
1 can salmon; 213 gr., drained and flak
1 dash hot pepper sauce



Cooking Directions:

In a med. bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in soup mix and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups
