2 lb shredded cabbage
2 medium carrots shredded
1/2 cup chopped parsley, or 1/8 to 1 /4 dry; .
1 cup thin sliced onion.
6 tablespoon sugar, granulated
6 tablespoon vinegar
4 tablespoon oil, salad
2 teaspoon salt



Cooking Directions:

o Mix everything together and compress slightly. Let lie for a few hours before serving.
