Ingredients

2 lb fryer cut in pieces
3/4 cup oyster flavored sauce
4 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic sliced
1 small fresh ginger chopped
1 cup chicken stock



Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. Add chicken to sauce and marinade for 3 hours or more. Remove chicken pieces and place under broiler for 25 minutes each side, brushing chicken with sauce to keep moist. Serve with rice.
