| Oven-Baked Eggnog French Toast Recipe |

Ingredients
1 loaf italian or french bread
4 eggs
1 cup half & half
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 powdered sugar
Cooking Directions:
Cut bread crosswise into 16 slices. Grease 2 large cookie sheets. Place bread slices on sheets. In a large bowl, beat eggs with half & half, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg until blended. Pour mixture over bread in pan, turning slices occasionally to coat both sides and until all mixture is absorbed. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Bake 8-10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
