| Orzo Corn Chowder Recipe |

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup orzo; uncooked
1/4 lb bacon; diced
1/2 cup onion; chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley; chopped
2 cup chicken -or- vegetable broth
2 cup milk
1 can kernel or cream style corn
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Directions:
Recipe by: San Giorgio
Cook Orzo according to package directions; drain. Cook bacon and drain. Add onion and parsley to pan and cook until soft. Stir in cooked orzo, corn, broth, milk and pepper. Heat to serving temp; do not boil.
