Ingredients
4 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter
4 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon pepper
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup sherry
1 teaspoon grated ginger (amount ??)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 green onions chopped, white only
Cooking Directions:
Place first 8 items in blender and blend 45 seconds. Stir into bowl with ginger, garlic & onions. Use to marinate chicken.
