| Onion Chicken Casserole Recipe |

Ingredients
1 pkg (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 cup chopped sweet onions
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs; slightly beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
3/4 cup converted rice; uncooked
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
6 chicken breasts; (boneless, if desired)
1 paprika
Cooking Directions:
Cook onions with broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix together the next 7 ingredients. Add broccoli and onions and stir. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and place chicken on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
