| Onion Cheese Ball Recipe |

Ingredients
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese room temp; (8 ozs)
3 oz roquefort cheese; room temp (3 to 4)
4 pkg cream cheese; (3 oz) softened
3 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup minced fresh parsley
1 crackers
Cooking Directions:
In a mixing bowl beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce til well mixed. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball (4").
