| Old Domminion Meatloaf Recipe |

Ingredients
2 lb lean ground beef
1 cup yellow onion
1 cup shredded potato
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can campbels veg. soup
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 medium eggs
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
2 slice dry bread
1/4 cup catsup
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Tear dry bread into pieces. Shred 2 or 3 med. potatos. Mix ingrediants, except catsup, in large mixing bowl, until thouroughly combined and mixture holds together. Spray 9x24 ovenproof dish w/ pam or some other veg. oil spray. Place meatloaf mixture in dish trying to leave 1/2" space around edges. Put catsup on top of mixture.
