Ingredients

2 lb beef kidney
3/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup wine, red; or ale
2 onion; peeled
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt; or to taste



Cooking Directions:
