Ingredients
4 pork steaks
1 salt and pepper
14 1/2 oz can hominy; drained
1 small onino; chopped
4 oz can diced green chili peppers, drai; ned
1 teaspoon chili powder
Cooking Directions:
Trim fat off pork steaks; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine hominy with onion, chili peppers, and chili powder in bottom of slow-cooking pot. Arrange pork steaks over hominy.
