Servings: 18

1 container red candied cherries (6 o; unces), coarsely chopped

1 container candied pineapple; (6 ounces)
2 can sweetened condensed milk; (14 oz. each)
1 1/2 cup pecans; coarsely chopped

Cooking Directions:

Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, letting the wrap hang over the sides a few inches. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and thoroughly mix with your hands. To serve, invert onto a serving platter, remove the pan and plastic wrap, and cut into slices. Store any remaining cake in the freezer.

Note: This is a very rich cake, so keep in mind that a small slice wil go a long way! This is one fruitcake that will NOT get passed on!
