| Mustard And Wine Potatoes Recipe |

Ingredients
3 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoon minced green onions
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon minced onion
2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cup cubed red potatoes; skins on
1 1/2 cup cubed russet potatoes; skins on
Cooking Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the potatoes in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss so the potatoes are well coated.
Place into a casserole dish and bake, uncovered, until the potatoes are soft and slightly crisp on the outside, about 45 minutes.
Serving size: 1/2 cup
