| Mommom's Spinach Casserole Recipe |

Ingredients
3 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 cup lite sour cream
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 teaspoon margarine
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions:
Thaw & drain spainach, squeezing out aas much water as possible. Mix sour cream & onion soup mix. Toss with spinach and mix well. Put mixture in a 2 quart casserole. Melt margarine. Stir in crumbs and cheese and spread on top. Bake at 325 for 30 to 40 minutes.
