Ingredients

1/4 cup molasses; plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon reduced-calorie ketchup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic; minced



Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate chicken or pork. Yield: 3/4 cup
