Ingredients
6 cheese sandwiches no butter
4 large well beaten eggs
2 1/2 cup milk
10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup crabmeat, or shrimp or
1 chicken
Cooking Directions:
Arrange the sandwiches in a well buttered cake pan. Beat eggs and pour over sandwiches. Bake in a 325øF oven for 40 minutes. Heat the Cream of Mushroom soup. Add crabmeat, shrimp or chicken. Pour over sandwiches as a topping. From: Syd's Cookbook.
