Ingredients

2 cup water
6 regular-sized tea bags
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
1 tablespoon frozen lemonade concentrate, undilu; ted
3 cup club soda, chilled



Cooking Directions:

Bring water to a boil; pour over tea bags and mint. Cover and let stand 5 minutes; discard tea bags. Strain mixture; discard mint. Add sugar; stir well. Add orange juice and lemonade, and stir well.

Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan; cover and freeze 2 hours. Spoon mixture into a pitcher; stir in club soda. Stir gently until mixture becomes slushy, breaking up frozen pieces with a spoon. Yield: 6 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
