| Mini Cheese Pizzas Recipe |

Ingredients
3 oz (3/4 cup) mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
2 english muffins (split)
1 dash garlic powder
Cooking Directions:
Heat broiler. In small bowl, combine cheeses, oregano & basil; set aside. Place muffin halves, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 4-6" from heat for 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Sprinkle each with garlic; top with 1/4 of cheese mixture. Broil 4-6" from heat for 2-3 minutes.
