Ingredients

1 cup macaroni
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon each salt,pepper and granulated sug; ar
1 can (14 oz.) red kidney beans, drained; and rinsed
2 each carrots and small zucchini, th; inly sliced
1 cup each sliced celery and diced sweet; red pepper
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan or shredded; jarlsberg cheese



Cooking Directions:

In large pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm; drain well.

In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, parsley, water, basil, salt, pepper and sugar; stir in warm macaroni to coat well.
