| Mincemeat Torte Recipe |

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup fine graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 pkg (9 oz) mincemeat; broken in pieces
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Cooking Directions:
Combine crumbs, baking powder and salt; set aside. Gradually add sugar to eggs, beating until very thick; fold in crumbs, mincemeat, nuts and lemon peel. Turn mixture into a well greased 9 in square pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or till lightly browned. Cut in squares and serve warm with Tangy Lemon Sauce or Whipped cream.
