| Mexican Green Beans Recipe |

Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chi; lies (10 oz)
2 teaspoon basil
1 juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
Cooking Directions:
In a large skillet, saute beans, onion and garlic in hot oil until beans are tender-crisp. Stir in RO*TEL and basil. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
