Ingredients
6 corn (or flour) tortillas; in pieces
1 can ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can ro*tel tomatoes with juice
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 chili powder; to taste
1 garlic powder; to taste
8 oz velveeta; cubed
Cooking Directions:
Brown ground beef with chili powder and garlic powder to taste. Place in order given in a crockpot. Cook 3 to 4 hours on LOW. MM Waldine Van Geffen vghc42a@prodigy.com. This was an easy and delicious stew that would be good to serve during the football season.
