| Mexican Corn Muffin Recipe |

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup corn meal mix (??? - see instructio; ns)
3/4 cup sweet milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup grated cheese (your choice)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 jar (small) chopped pimentos
1/2 cup cream style corn
1 large onion; chopped fine
2 eggs
6 slice bacon; fried crisp and crumble f
2 pods grated hot peppers
Cooking Directions:
Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.
NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "1-1/2 corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1-1/2 cups or boxes! Assume that is should be cups(?).
