Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium-sized onion; chopped
1 can (14.5-oz) whole tomatoes; chopped
1 can (15-oz) red kidney beans
1 can (7- to 8-oz) kernel corn
1 can (8-oz) tomato sauce
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cup water
1 crushed tortilla chips for topping; (optional)

From: LynnRausch In a large saucepan, brown beef with onion. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve topped with crushed tortilla chips.

Note: (optional) Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and a few shakes of hot pepper sauce to heat it up.
