Ingredients
1 1/2 oz midori melon liqueur
1 oz white cršme de cacao
3 cup vanilla ice cream
1 honeydew melon slices (optional)
1 fresh strawberry (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Combine liqueurs and ice cream in blender. Blend until thickness of drinkable ice cream. Serve in stemmed glasses. Garnish each glass with a skewered slice of honeydew melon and a fresh strawberry. Yield: 4 servings
