| Maxwell House's Italian Meat Sauce Recipe |

Ingredients
1 clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoon oil
1 can cambell's condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cup brewed maxwell house coffee
3 oz can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 grated parmesan cheese
1 medium onion; chopped
1 lb ground beef
12 oz tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon basil or oregano
1 lb hot; cooked spaghetti
Cooking Directions:
Brown garlic and onion lightly in oil. Add meat and brown. Stir in soup, tomato paste, coffee and sugar. Mix well and simmer 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and basil and simmer 5 minutes longer.
