Ingredients

----WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A----
----SAUCE----
6 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon dry mustard
----MEATBALLS----
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon onion, chopped fine



Cooking Directions:

Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Combine the meats, eggs, crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and half of sauce; mix gently until all ingredients are blended. Shape mixture into 12 balls and place in 3" deep muffin pans. Make a small indentation in each ball and fill with remaining sauce. Bake at 400~ for 30 minutes.
