Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 medium maui onion; grated
2 cup bisquick baking mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
Cooking Directions:
Recipe by: Mary Spero In a medium skillet melt butter; add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes. Cool. Add the Bisquick, sour cream and cheddar cheese to the onion/butter mixture and mix together. The batter will be stiff. Drop by large spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned in a 400 degree F oven. Onolicious! Me ke aloha, Mary
