Ingredients
1/2 lb butter; softened *
1/2 cup powdered sugar; sifted
2 cup flour; sifted
2 cup macadamia nuts; chopped fine
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 powdered sugar; extra for rolling
Cooking Directions:
* NO SUBSTITUTES for butter or mac nuts. NONE!! With a metal whisk cream butter and powdered sugar. Mix in vanilla and add flour a little at a time. Add nuts and finish mixing with a large wooden spoon. Mold into small balls. Chill. Bake on ungreased pan 20 minutes at 325*. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Me ke aloha, Mary
