| Maryetta's Oatmeal Bread Recipe |

Ingredients
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour; prefer unbleached
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 tablespoon molasses
Cooking Directions:
[Scaled for bread machine]
**(I added a couple of Tbsp. of gluten flour, as I usually do, for texture.) Pour the boiling water over the oatmeal in a bowl and leave to cool.
