12 cup (3 qts.) sparerib stock (from parbo; iled spareribs)
2 onions
6 carrots (and any leftover vegetable; s in refrigerator)
1 fresh parsley
1 head cabbage
4 cup parboiled dandelions
1 lb italian sausage (hot or mild; according to taste)
1/2 lb ground beef
4 slice bread
1 garlic salt
1 pepper
1 parsley
1 grated romano or parmesan cheese
