Ingredients

3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic; minced
1 green onion; chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 lb flank steak or other meat



Cooking Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except meat, in a glass 9x13 dish. Add meat and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or more, turning occasionally. Remove meat from marinade Reserve marinade. Grill or cook meat. Heat marinade to rolling boil. Pass hot marinade with meat.
