| Marie's Baked Beans Recipe |

Ingredients
6 lb small white beans
2 lb brown sugar
1 1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup catsup
3 lb bacon
1 onions
1 salt and pepper; to taste
Cooking Directions:
Cover beans and let stand overnight. Do Not Drain.
Add teaspoon Salt. Slice Bacon 1/2" X 1" thick. Combine in Large Roaster and bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 7 hours.
Stir occassionally. Add Liquid as needed ( use a combination of Water and Catsup, Water and Brown Sugar, or Water and Molasses). Recipe By : Marie Guderjohn
