Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter/margarine
1 1/2 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup plus 1t water
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking Directions:
Automatic Bread Program:
Press Select for Normal. Press START. When machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes before the end of the second kneading, add 1/3 c chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready in 3 hrs. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
