| Maple Syrup Poached Pears Recipe |

Ingredients
6 pears (peel, stems on)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup 35% cream
2 tablespoon icing sugar
Cooking Directions:
Sprinkle pears with lemon, simmer 20 minutes in syrup & water & chill. Reduce syrup solution over low heat 20-30 minutes & chill. Seve with whipped cream.
