Ingredients
2 1/4 cup flour; sifted
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter
1 cup milk; less 2 tbsp
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking Directions:
Sift together all dry ingredients. Add butter and 2/3 of milk; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Add eggs & balance of milk; beat 2 more minutes. Add vanilla. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 F Recipe By : Ma
