Ingredients
2 lb turkey breast; thighs, or wings
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic; minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Cooking Directions:
Cut turkey in 1 inch slices. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Marinate 2 hours. Grill steaks 5 inches from heat about 10 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade during cooking. Posted to KitMailbox Digest by J Pellegrino on May 21, 1998
