Ingredients

1 can (no. 2) fruit
1/4 lb margarine
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar



Cooking Directions:

Put melted margarine in a baking dish. Mix together flour, baking powder, milk, salt and sugar. Pour over melted margarine; do not stir. Then pour canned fruit with the juice; do not stir. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar; do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
