| Luscious Butterscotch Yams Recipe |

Ingredients
2 can yams (17oz.each); well drained
1/2 cup white karo syrup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cooking Directions:
Place yams in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 325F for 15 minutes. In suacepan, mix remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil 5 minutes. Pour over yams; continue baking, basting often, 15 minutes longer. Recipe By : Kit
