Ingredients
1 cranberry orange muffins
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
1 blueberry muffins
1 cup self rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup frozen blueberries; left frozen
1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana muffins
1 cup self rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 banana; mash
1 jar banana baby food juice
Cooking Directions:
(Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add juice and stir just until blended. Put in muffin cups and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 min.) I always double the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie . desserts,muffins
