| Low-Fat Crab Casserole Recipe |

Ingredients
1 lb crabmeat (fresh)
2 tablespoon capers
1 egg -- well beaten salt
1/2 cup kraft non-fat mayo
2 tablespoon skim evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon dried dillweed
1 teaspoon tabasco
2 tablespoon calorie-reduced margarine
1/3 cup grated parmesan
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes.
