Ingredients

16 oz cooked blackeyed peas
1 cup finely chopped peppers
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 small jar chopped pimientos; drained
1 small jar finely chopped jalapenos; drained
1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped garlic
1 cup golden italian dressing



Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Drain off some of the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or with tortilla chips.
