Ingredients
1 onion; chopped
1 bell pepper; chopped
2 ribs celery; chopped
3 tablespoon cooking oil
1 1/2 lb lean hamburger meat
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 can tomatoes (up to)
2 can kidney beans
Cooking Directions:
In a heavy skillet, saut‚ onions, bell peppers and celery; add ground meat and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 60 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
